Club Rental Information

The Philmont Rod & Gun Club clubhouse is available for rental exclusively to current PRGC members. Our clubhouse provides a comfortable and welcoming setting for a variety of gatherings, making it an excellent choice for members looking to host special events in a unique outdoor-oriented atmosphere.

Whether you are planning a family celebration, birthday party, graduation gathering, retirement party, meeting, or other special occasion, the clubhouse offers a convenient location where members can gather with friends and family. The facility serves as a great place to create lasting memories while enjoying the traditions and camaraderie that make the Philmont Rod & Gun Club a special part of our community.

To help protect the interests of the club, its members, and all guests, clubhouse rentals are subject to established club policies and procedures. All renters must meet insurance requirements and complete a signed rental agreement before a reservation can be finalized. These requirements help ensure that the facility remains safe, well-maintained, and available for future use by all members.

Rental availability may vary throughout the year due to scheduled club activities, meetings, events, maintenance projects, and other club functions. Members interested in reserving the clubhouse are encouraged to plan ahead and submit inquiries as early as possible to increase the likelihood of securing their preferred date.

A member of the Board of Directors can provide detailed information regarding rental availability, fees, facility guidelines, insurance requirements, and the rental agreement process. Board members are available to answer questions and help members determine whether the clubhouse is the right fit for their event.
