Club meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:30 PM in the Lower Clubhouse. Active members are required to attend a minimum of two membership meetings each year. These meetings are an important part of club membership, providing updates on club activities, upcoming events, committee reports, conservation efforts, and opportunities for members to become involved in the continued success of the Philmont Rod & Gun Club.

Prospective members are also required to attend a scheduled membership meeting as part of the application process. Membership applications are presented to the membership for review and approval through a vote before an individual becomes a member of the club.

We encourage all members to attend regularly, stay informed, share ideas, and help preserve the traditions and future of the Philmont Rod & Gun Club.
